Through years’ construction of operators’ business supporting platform, it has become the indispensable part of system supporting the fast development of business operation. According to the requirements of business development, they start to show many problems, includeing the imbalance development of business system, decentralized building of business system, lacking arrangement, repeated investment and wasting resource. These problems contribute to other problems, which are difficulties in centralized management, isolated data, hard to assess the efficiency of information system, and no guarantee for the security issues. Fitting the development requirements, this project uses related cloud computing techniques and integrated system of CRM/BOSS/BASS/customer service into cloud computing center, solving the gradually exposed information issues.

(1)Reduce maintenance cost. Because of lots of system are decentralized distributed, complex maintenance work for the software and hardware and huge number of maintenance person, these issues cost the company great money in the failure handling and maintenance annually.

(2)Improve system stability. The current systems are too many in number and have relatively poor stability performance. After the usage of cloud structure, the system can take over control in time when failure occurs, improving the stability and reliability.

(3)Reduce resource consumption. Since numerous principle machines require great amount of power, the cloud computing pattern makes the company hard to do centralized management, distribution and sharing of hardware resources, leading to the average low efficiency of the usage of the purchased hardware resources.

Construction Solution Topology

This project uses many four-route servers to build computing resource pool and builds users’ business system upon it. In order to have a dynamic and adjustable computing resource, it uses a set of mass data storage system to build an end storage resource pool. The entire system makes use of Gigabit Ethernet and conducts monitor and management for cloud resource through unified cloud computing platform management system. The cooling system uses all-in-one refrigerating cabinet system, providing cooling efficiency and saving space.
